Roasting schedule

Every bag we sell at Illuminista is roasted to order. We currently roast on Monday's and "cup" or test each batch for quality control and ship the following Tuesday.  This means orders generally reach their destination by Thursday or Friday.  We know the wait can seem grueling, but this aproach ensures that we never sit on roasted coffee inventory which means you get your coffee at the peak of freshness every time.

Orders received before 10am EST Monday will roast that Monday and ship the following Tuesday.  Orders received after 10am EST Monday will roast the following Monday
